System uses CC2640R2F SoC with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). All communication is encrypted with AES-128 and unique ECDHE key

Electric motor is used to securely close the shackle mechanism. 2x 2032 battery cells gives 1 year of hassle-free usage!

FIRMWARE DESIGN

State-of-the art embedded firmware is essential for Internet-of-Things devices. MoKoo padlock is built around CC2640R2F BLE SoC featuring BLE4.2 and AES-128 Encryption. It uses custom GATT profile to connect to BLE-enabled smartphones and enable Over-the-Air firmware updates. Firmware is optimized for low power consumption to give up to 1 year on single battery charge
